A clean, peaceful campground even though it has a lot of sites. Great staging area for High Sierra hikes from the Wolverton trailhead. And there was a cool, informative Ranger talk in the amphitheater every single night. Good stuff. Hats off to all the National Park rangers and support folks. Thank you.

conveniently located close to visitors center and market, My only complaint is the bathrooms are disgusting! I would walk to the visitors center or market to use the restroom.

The advertised campsite length for my site is 29. My RV is 29 and I was in the dirt 6. The ranger complained but didnt have anywhere else to put us.Restrooms are sparse.Visitor center is excellent!

One of my favorite campsites so far. Secluded but has a lot of sites and was a short walk to the trail. Great view of the stars. Has water spigot and flushable toilets.

A great park absolutely!! The lodgepole campground facilities seemed a bit over run as well as the public bathrooms at popular trailheads.

I knew the showers, laundry and Crystal Caves were closed. We were disappointed the Visitor Center was closed as well and the eatery in the store. We enjoy camping at Lodgepole we have been at least 7 times.

Great facility. Not a lot of privacy, but beautiful and had all of the amenities we needed. Clean bathroom with running water, bear-safe trash, bear-safe food storage. We were newcomers to the area so I feel like I should warn other newcomers: be prepared for anthills. Not a big deal at all and not an issue with the campsite itself, just something we didn't expect.

Great place to take our grandkids, once there didn't have to drive or RV, they have free buses to all location. Store, restaurant and showers within walking distance.
