Beautiful location, with access to some nice hikes. The store is well-stocked and the other facilities seemed clean and well-maintained.

Our family (including a 5-year old) loved this campground. Restrooms could have been cleaner.

The location of the campground and the park as a whole were fantastic, but that is where the positivity ended for us. The facilities were filthy (human feces on the floors and walls, no working showers, garbage overflowing). It was very unfortunate because the campground location is gorgeous with the entry to the Tokopah Falls trail which was well worth the hike.

Sequoia national park is a beautiful place. This campground is nice and is in walking distance of a store. This campground is huge so don't think you will be getting away from people (200+ sites). There was bear activity every night (we could hear it trying to open the food lockers, found bear poop in am, it took an bite out of an empty plastic container we had right next to our pop up camper). So forget walking to the bathroom at night (for us it was quite a ways away). You can't really hike to the popular destinations from this campground but there is a shuttle (at the campground) that takes you to those areas. There is a hike at the back of the campground that leads to a waterfall. This campground books up fast so you need to make reservations 6 months in advanced when they open the sites up.
