Sites are really nice and have privacy. The location is just perfect, in the heart of the parks with easy access to the main trails. Staff friendly and kind. Toilets and showers could have been cleaner.

Pros: Awesome location, right next to a waterfall and swimming hole, trees for a hammock, decent privacy.Cons: Can't back your car into the spot so you'll need to carry your stuck 350ft from parking to the camp location. Also, there was a nasty smell of spoiled milk that came and went from the campsite. Not sure what it was but it was unpleasant. Overall, we enjoyed our camping experience and would definitely do it again.

Amazing campsite!!! Located right next to the river and waterfall. Rangers at the visitors centre were super friendly and helpful. Campground is conveniently located near someone of the best hiking in Sequoia. Only thing this campground needs is showers.

Campsite 126. Probably the best site we have stayed in and we have stayed in many amazing sites at lodgepole. Tucked away in the back of the campground by the river with the sights and sounds of a waterfall right next to you. Tons of rocks and logs for the kids to climb on and explore. We love this campground. So much natural beauty, trees, river, and space between sites. Bathrooms are flush toilet but pretty rustic. No mirror or outlet but we didnt mind. 6 bear sightings this trip including a surprise visit at sundown .

Clean campsite, great toilet and water facilities distributed well around the campsite. Our camp area was very close to the waterfall and was just absolutely amazing to be so close.
