My partner, daughter, and I had the most incredible five days at Lodgepole. The river was at the perfect temperature and flow rate for an afternoon dip in early August. Deers walked through the sites, and my partner adored all the chipmunks. The toilets were in great shape, and the nearby store had everything one could possibly need. Thank you to the rangers for the evening talks. 10 out of 10.

The Hike In Camp-Site was amazing. Far enough away from people that you weren't bothered by meals, play, camp setup. The creek was nearby and perfect tempurature (Mid-August), the weather was great. The only challenge was the car-alarms when the bears showed up. Felt like being in the city with all that rucus. However, I can't wait to go back.

We loved our stay here! Campsite 170 was perfect- located a short walk down from the main level/parking lot area it was very wooded, shaded and private. The only campsite nearby is 169 and we were lucky to only have people stay next to us 3 of the 4 nights we were there!

Short walk to the campsite, but it was nice to only be near one other campsite. Very quite and secluded

The great stands of Redwood are perhaps the most awe inspiring visage in my lifetime traveling experience. If you wish to be immersed in this spiritually evocative experience, there is no better vantage point than the campground at Logepole in Sequoia National Park. The campground is beautiful and spacious. There is a store, showers, and a simple cafe which all serve your every critical need. A shuttle can take you to themuseum, Sherman Tree, and trail heads. I thoroughly recommend the Logepole Campground in Sequoia.
