It was a great place quiet and close to the visitor center. Definitely recommend!

Great site. Long enough for our travel trailer and truck. Most other sites looked too small. Great access from the site to the trail to Grant Grove. Note there are no bathrooms near. And there is no water fill station.

This was a nice campground with spacious sites. It was significantly cooler than Yosemite because of the elevation. We loved it! We had a self-enclosed trailer so we didn't use the bathrooms.

Beautiful campground with lots of shade and a short hike directly to a grove of Sequoia Trees. There were tools for maintaining fires (shovels, buckets, rakes) in central locations. My big complaint about this campground was there was no bathroom anywhere near our loop. Our site was a five-minute walk to the nearest restroom, and there were many sites much further than us. Also, the mens restroom had no lights (there was a fixture, but no switch, or bulbs). Women's restroom had these things.

campground was nearly empty although all sites were marked Reserved. We spent two nights and it was the same for both nights. Thus first come first serve were not allowed to stay even though there were plenty of empty sites. One such couple from out of state was driving around looking for a space and night fall and had no where to go.Please select 4 or 5 spots for space available. I believe it is the right thing to do

We stayed at site 42 and we loved it. It's right on the path to the village and Grant Tree. The only downside is that it is far from any of the bathrooms. Next time we will start a little bit closer to the bathroom.

Easily one of the better campgrounds in the area with quick access to village and Grant Tree. Lots of privacy, generally speaking. The one gripe would be spacing of bathrooms.

We just love this campground - our site 42 has a great view, it's just a short walk to Grant's Grove, and there's so much to do throughout the park. Our Verizon signal was quite solid, so it was easy for us to do the work we had to. We especially enjoyed the Big Stump Trail hike, plus the Buena Vista trail (about a 10 minute drive) has incredible views. And, be sure not to miss Panorama Point as well!

Nice, quiet trip to Grant Grove.
