We Love camping here. Always clean and quiet. Beautiful scenery!! The snack shack has amazing food!!! Great for young kids to play and explore.

Very nice and well-kept campground. We really enjoyed the river and the fish hatchery.

If you enjoy privacy supplied by trees and watching deer feed near by then Spot 047 and any in this row are excellent spots for you. The bathrooms were not too far a walk and were clean. We plan to return to this campground many times. We enjoyed the fish hatchery also.

My spouse and I really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful, well-shaded campground. We walked over to the Wolf Creek National Fish Hatchery a couple of times. The visitor center there is top-notch and all the many trout of various sizes in the concrete pools on the hatchery's outdoor runway are a delight to experience. We also enjoyed walking on the trails while we were there. Some additional activities we would both like to see are more trails or safe areas for riding e-bikes and a disc golf course or at least a basket or two for practicing.

Kendall is our go-to getaway and we Love it there. I love the fishing there.
However,
Some aspects have gone down hill in the last few years. Things like the fish cleaning station are out of order, and have been for quite a while. The stair down to the river are in disrepair or outright defunct.
Those that have been going there for quite a while have seen it go downhill.
All this is very disappointing especially for a Corp facility.
I sincerely hope that some of the stimulus money gets to them.
Don’t get me wrong, this is still a wonderful facility, fishing from everything from hardcore bushwhacking the stream for trout to drift fishing the Cumberland to a very nice concreted wheelchair accessible area.
PS. They need to put in a toilet in the handicapped fishing area!!!

Very nice campground with large sites. Be careful of the cross ties surrounding the gravel at the sites as they are extremely slick.

We love this campground. The workers at gate are awesome. The campground is clean. The sites are pretty level. We feel safe there.

This is one of the best campgrounds to stay in. Everything is kept very nice and clean. We stayed for 9 days and enjoyed every minute here.
