I was on the annex side. I think everything is pretty new over there.

We love Kendell Campground; it is our favorite and have recommended to friends and family. The campsites are the best and the fishing is awesome. We like the gated entry in the annex section. Your visitor center has such nice workers so friendly and helpful. We can't say enough only that, it is extremely hard for us to leave. You are the best!!

Absolutly horrible campground..
We had reserved online with no pictures of the site..So I had called and asked a few questions about the campground.
The lady I spoke with said semi private with large sites. Well that was a lie.. We get to the campsite no shade, no trees and people packed in like sardines..
So I call to see if there is another site we could go to.. The man I spoke with asked my name and the site # to look up my information..and He directs us to a paved site.. While we're tent camping with no way to stake tents down
So we found a dirt spot along the paved driveway and set up.
I noticed golf cart after golf cart driving by I had no idea why..
We found out why the golf cart kept driving past our site.
We had gotten everything completely set up..
Then we had a golf cart pull up and say we have to move our tent?
I was like where? I can't stake it into concrete you know.
She told us a site # that wasn't even in that camp loop where we would have to drive 1-2 miles to the other campground lot..
Both me and my boyfriend are disabled he has 8 stients in his heart and after the hot sun pouring down on us we really didn't want to have to pack everything up and set up again.. It was already late in the day and didn't know if we would have time to set up before dark.
But we loaded everything up and unpacked..
Still people all around the site 8 ft away. So NO privacy this was not camping.. As we set up my bf started having issues and chest pain so he had to take a nitro.. Really suppost to be a relaxing trip. It was anything but..
Unsupervised kids running and screaming all around with no parents anywhere in site and this continued into the night..
It was just as loud even at midnight car doors opening and shutting cars driving by. We got 2hrs of sleep. Cut our trip short and left soon as someone was at the check in building. Told a lady what happened she didn't care... Way to treat people with disabilities.. We won't be back.
