Nice campground just no kids for our grandkids to play with we will stick with canal campground

#4 we have a good time here on #4. You couldn't ask for any better hosts. They both are super nice and very helpful. They keep a great eye on the campground. The site itself. Is very sunny. There is zero shade. Full sun hits about 11 am and your bright until sundown. Our camper was 35 ft with 3 slides. We were almost to big for the site making the open area of the site small. Couldn't have a fire because our slide was to close to the pit. You are right on the water and fishing in front of your camper is great. We caught huge catfish, one was 9 lbs

What a gem! This was an easy back-in site that shared a drive loop with the next site over. Clean and level gravel pad, picnic table, fish prep station, lantern hook, and fire pit were all in great shape. Theres a few yards of grass separated by retaining rocks from the gravelled camp area and a gentle slope down to the water. The two trees visible on the parks images have since been cut back but there is still shrubbery in that spot. Have bookmarked this park and this specific site to visit again!

Worst experience with the camp host. I've called and filed a complaint already. I will never go there again as long as they are there.Also the websites description of site 4 was was in accurate! There was no shade, It was not allowed to be used as a pull through as stated, can not accommodate 2 cars nor accommodate 44 foot trailer.

Beautiful site.. we stayed at sight #4. Sunset was gorgeous!! Very quiet and relaxing.. train did run at night but wasnt loud. Road looked to be newly paved.

We love Eureka Campground. We come here at least twice a summer depending on availability. The campground fills up fast, so you really must book early. We catch more catfish in Lake Barkley than in any other lake around this area. The host at this campground, Susan and Arnold are the best camp host ever!

We had a tire blowout on our way, and arrived late. The attendant was extremely helpful with helping us park in the dark and waited with his flashlight until we had everything hooked up and tested. The next day he came by and recommended a tire store and then came back again to check on us to make sure I had the wiring repaired on one of the leveling jacks . The world needs more people like this. ????

We had a great time camping at Eureka. Out site was beautiful - right on the water which allowed for gorgeous sunsets. Camp hostess was very nice. We definitely plan on returning.

We stayed at site #4. The sunsets and waterfront view were beautiful but there was very little shade because of some larger trees that had been cut. They are also very strict about not being on the grass with any tires.

We really enjoyed staying at eureka campground the view was great. Campground and bathhouse was really clean. Will go again
