We have been coming to this area for 35 years. The campground has good showers and set up well for fish cleaning The gate people are kind and courteous.

This is a great campground. You can rent a boat and enjoy the lake or rent a golf cart and drive to town - or do both! We loved riding all over the camp ground and looking at all the other camper sites. The camp sites are grouped together in small circles, - so the kids can safely ride around on their bikes.

Nice campground! We love the Corp of Engineers campgrounds. This one was no different.

This a very beautiful and quiet campground located at Lake Barkley. The sites are easy to get into and very well maintained.. This is a great place for hiking and enjoying nature walks. The roads are blacktop surface and wide enough to handle larger campers.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Bathrooms were dirty. Dogs constantly barking. We came for peace and quiet after an extremely hard year. It was enjoyable but definitely not peaceful and quiet. We are animal lovers but the dogs barking all the time made it hard to enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay here. You have a choice of sites in open fields or in more wooded areas. We stayed in Fisherman's Loop. Bath house in this loop was older and probably due for replacement. Sites were level and hookups worked fine. Brown's Point looked nice, located on higher ground overlooking Lake Barkley. Some sites there were very tight but would be a great place to camp with friends and had a newer bathhouse. Grand Rivers and Patti's Restaurant are a short drive away and Land Between the Lakes has plenty to see including a buffalo and elk range, 1850's farmstead.
