Pros: Each camping spot was huge, plenty of space for your rv, trailer and/or vehicle. Many of the lots had a great view of the lake and woods. It was some of the most beautiful scenery Ive experienced at a campground. All of the workers were friendly and very laid back. The rates were very reasonable, electric was dependable, water hookups for rv were convenient and pressure was great. The dumpsite was sanitary and well maintained. It is only 10 minutes away from Mammoth cave and some other fun things. Cons: bathrooms were pretty nice, BUT not well ventilated so it was hotter than hades! Grass hadnt been cut for awhile so we were easy pickins for the chiggers and other pests. No cell service, but some might consider that a good thing.

Beautiful place, lake is gorgeous! Wish the bathrooms were cleaner and updated! But hey it's camping!

Beautiful campground and well kept/maintained. Friendly/helpful hosts. VERY clean shower/bathroom facilities! We will be back!!

Friendly people, quiet location, great scene. Best for trailers, pop-ups, etc.
