I modified my reservation and paid $20 so that I could move to a lot with some shade since I couldnt get an electric lot, no one was in the office to check and see about the modification so I wasted $20. I went to the people that I thought was working and they never did go to the office and check to see if the modification came through- and wasnt able to get a refund from it either. People need to be in the office at the front of the park during its business hours- and not out swimming, boating or doing whatever else

The reservation process is so complicated and even tho we check it periodically- we are never able to get an electric lot for Memorial Day weekend but can all the other months that we reserve camp sites. Should make the process easier for people who don’t know how to use these websites
