We love this campground better than any we have stayed at. Everyone is like family. The hosts (the Lushs) are the best to see that all your needs are met. I just wish this campground would not close after Labor Day weekend due to the fall having such good camping. This is by far the friendliest and best campground on Nolin. I think the Corp should really consider keeping it open longer in the fall. I live within a few miles of Green River and Lake Cumberland, but drive 70 miles due to the love of the campground and all the friends we have made here. It has been a great year!

This is a beautiful campground. I have been camping here each weekend this summer snd have enjoyed them all very much. No complaints at all. Very friendly and a quiet campground. The quiet hours from 10pm-6am are honored. Lots of shady spots snd some with sun if you prefer. The campground hosts are wonderful. (The Lush’s) They are so friendly and helpful. Definitely a place you will want to return for camping.

Camp hosts were phenomenal. Very welcoming! Bathrooms were clean and plentiful. I'm sure we managed to entertain airing up our Kayaks and SUPs. We had so much fun on the water and after cleaning up, the hosts found an oar we left behind and brought them to us. We had a great time. Campground is clean and didn't feel like the campsites were too close to be comfortable. Some of the sites were a little more difficult to maneuver especially for relative newbies; another camper came over and gave us the assistance we needed. Overall epic vacation. If visiting Mammoth Cave, make sure you have tickets in advance. Tickets to other than the self guided tour were not available during our visit. Bummed after driving from Colorado. We still had a great time and visited some of the privately owned caves.
