There are no bad campspots at this campground. I was in the most beautiful spot I've ever camped in. I can't wait to go back!

Check in attendant was a pain! He seemed very on edge and seemed to look very hard at a chance to find you doing something wrong. I've been going to Baileys Point for 30 years, and my family even longer than that, and I almost didn't book another reservation for 2023! It all started when I was waiting to get into my site and the guy that had been staying there waited until 15 minutes after checkout time to leave. I then back up my popup into the site and since its hot outside I raise it up and get the A/C going as soon as I can. Seems like any camper that knows anything about camping in the summer knows that the first thing is to get the A/C and fridge going. As I was plugged up to the electric, the attendant came around and found me and was rude and didn't seem to understand why I hadn't checked in yet. We got off on the wrong foot. The whole stay he seemed to try to find something and didn't want to give out the second vehicle pass. There was and issue with getting checked in also since the whole crew wasn't there and one campsite was in my fathers name and he was to be down later. It was just a mess from the start, and I've never experienced this in all my previous years. It use to be a laid back relaxing place, but now its overflowing with golf carts and the attendants act like your trying to get one over on them and seem like they like their authority way to much lol. I'll give it one more year, I hope we get new attendants soon so it can go back to an easy going state again.

I love camping on waterfront sites. I have an inflatable kayak and it was relatively easy to get it in the water.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds. Love camping on the water & looking at the view. Very friendly host.

Bailey’s Point Campground is always maintained very well. The camp hosts are very friendly and go out of their way to make your camping experience great! Bailey’s Point is my favorite place to camp.
