Everything was fine except we could not get the 110 electric outlet to work.

We camped at site 095 for 2 weeks and had a glorious time. My wife and I were amazed on how well the volunteer staff kept the place up. We loved the privacy of our spot and plan on coming back whenever possible.

We were at site 107. We enjoyed our stay. Only one suggestion: There was quite a growth of grass and weeds. Possibly had not been mowed for a time. Branches were hanging at site entrance that dragged across the camper. Suggesting the tree needs to be trimmed back some.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at Cottonwood Point. Things were clean and everything was mowed while we were there.

Site 107 is an end site with a very good water view and decent privacy. Nice evening shade. The site is rock and is rock to the picnic table cover so no real grass outside of your door. You can pull further forward in the site to get more grass and be adjacent to the picnic table shelter, limiting the privacy from the next site. Site is exposed to south wind so may limit your use of awnings. Very good access to the water, but there was an algae alert in place during our visit. Bath/shower house is about 100 yards up the road and it was well maintained.

We don't like not having a camp host. We left on time, but some haven't in the past. People are making reservations and then not showing up and cancelling at the last minute. I think you should not refund for cancellations. The recreation.Gov app is finally working better.

Camp sites are very nice and spread out so you arent to near each other. We really like the covered picnic tables. The camp hosts are very nice and knowledgeable.

Very clean, we don’t use the restrooms/shower but have checked them out and they are very clean. Fun place to kayak, fish, boat and relax.

My wife and I have stayed at Cottonwood Point several times. We love it! Very clean and level. All utilities were like new and were in perfect working order. Best campground we've been too. Hosts were very friendly and eager to help. Plan on several more stays in the years ahead!!

The previous campers had left an unbelievable amount of dog droppings, cig butts and beer caps. Mowing of the site was overdue. I love this campground, but the condition of the site was very disappointing. We left the site much cleaner than how we found it.
