We love going to Clinton Lake COE, mainly because it is close to home and it is so peaceful and relaxing. We have already been several times this year and have more planned. The bathhouses are not as clean as we think they should be and you need to carry your own toilet paper because you never know if they will be stocked.

This is the third weekend in a row that we have been at Bloomington East, Cedar Ridge. The first weekend we thought the poor cleanliness of the bathhouses were because it was the first weekend of the season. But they are still in less than satisfactory condition. Because it is close to home, we have multiple weekends planned for this location this summer and sure hope they improve.

Overall we like the campground, but we have been disappointed in the bathrooms this year. They are not any way close to being clean and most of the time they have been without toilet paper.

Amazingly quiet, considering that the campground was quite full. They sites are not tightly packed and I think that made the difference.
