The campground was beautiful. The host was very friendly. The second night we stayed at the Elk Loop FCFS. We discovered that people were leaving their money in the box near the main bathroom. I think the camp host in the Elk Loop needs to be more viligant about checking the box. Many people pass the area where you are suppose to pay not knowing to stop their first. Maybe a bigger sign?

This is our second time camping here with 2 other couples. We are going to make an annual vacation of it as we thoroughly enjoy the campground, hosts and atmosphere. The only reason I did not give it an excellent is the mixed use of areas with tents and RV's who run their generators disrupting the peacefulness of the campground.

Ten-X campground's location is it's best feature. A convenient place to camp if you want access to the south rim of the canyon.

Camped at Ten-x For the first time Memorial Day weekend. Great sites with plenty of room for our RV and 2 dogs. Very limited amenities but the bathrooms were clean and plenty of water stations. Only bummer was no camp fires but thats understandable.
