Great campground! We stayed on #51 in a 26' Travel Trailer. Great site, level close to water and restroom and plenty of shade. No water, electric or dump station so plan ahead. This was one of our favorite stops this summer. Hosts were available and helpful with info about the area. Will come back anytime we can!

We were so happy to find a campsite available at Jacob Lake. Checking a couple days prior to our trip we were able to switch to an even larger site. We had both sun and shade. We had plenty of room for our trailer and needed very little leveling. One evening, our host gave an educational presentation on the condor that was well attended.

A little road noise, but not too bad. The cleanest vault toilets we have ever seen. The lodge/store/restaurant across the road is nice. Make sure to go to the Le Fevre Lookout for sunset. (About 11 miles north of campground on Hwy 89A)

We booked a couple nights here as our base camp while we explored North Rim and hiked the Wave. We were a little worried as there were a lot of burnt out areas on the way to the campgrounds However, to our surprise the camp was untouched and green. Our spot was area was pretty level. Camp hosts were very active in patrolling the grounds, were super helpful with any questions we had, and sold the best firewood I've ever used. They even delivered the wood bundles to your spot. Vault toilets were very clean. Wish there was a shower available, but we made due with the "bird bath" method. Spot also provided an awesome view of the stars! Despite the site being full for the holiday weekend, everyone was very quiet and respectful throughout our stay. If you are a light sleeper, would recommend earplugs due to highway noise from people driving into the Grand Canyon for sunrise as well as the 4AM birds.

Campsites were very nice and the restrooms are super clean. Beautiful place and easy access to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

Liz, the campground host, was welcoming and available for questions and information. In short, she was great! Happy to see that the toilets were very clean and kept sanitized. That makes an enormous difference. Kudos to Liz!

I have never experienced a camp site that was so immaculate and clean!! The restrooms were kept impecable which is a rare find. The most attentive campsite caretakers. They were friendly and made rounds to be sure we had everything we needed several times. I would highly suggest this campsite to anyone. It was also fairly quiet. There was some noise from passing cars, but we knew this prior to booking. Great proximity to the Grand Canyon North Rim and a beautiful drive right from the campsite. The cookies from Jacob Lake Inn across the street are a must as well!
