In terms of "Value," this place is overpriced. $30 per night for the site, with no water, electricity, or showers. The toilets are very clean. It's just a place to park. The sites have a fair amount of space between them, and it was quiet when we were there. There are boondocking opportunities in the area that should be explored.

The campground is clean and pretty quiet for being next to the road. Turns out the road isnt that busy. There is a nice, short trail out into the forest from the campground. Hosts are friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We had originally planned on staying 2 nights but ended up leaving because of how bad an experience it was. First of all we paid to be able to use the fire ring and when we got there, there were saying fires and smoking was not allowed. We didn't receive any warning there wasn't fire allowed and even paid for the fire pit included. On top of this our neighbors smoked heavily all day and night. When we confronted the camp host she did not believe us and proceeded to make it seem as though we were lying. Instead of asking how she could make the experience better she just asked if she could open up the campsite since we were leaving early. We felt as though the camp host did not care about the issues we had stated and was not concerned about us leaving early and was only wanting to get rid of asap in order to open the campsite to others. We left our campsite cleaner than we arrived and were respectful neighbors to other campers and were not treated fairly. We have stayed in many campsites all over the U.S. and the camp host was by far the worst here. We will not be returning to this campsite ever again.

Jacob Lake was a clean campground with friendly camp hosts. We stayed here when visiting the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. It does get windy, so be sure to stake your tent down well!

Cleanest pit toilets in all of AZ and Utah! Beautiful trees and sunset. Best breakfast across the street

Easy to find, nicely spaced sites, clean camp & bathrooms, friendly/helpful hosts, walking distance to Inn (for cookies & shakes), beautiful nature trail connecting to camp. What more can I say? We loved it!
