Site and ease of access was good. About an hour from North Rim. The sites have great tree coverage and items to look at. It was very noisy. The camp is right at a y in major road. Semi traffic was all night.

We used Jacob lake as a base for the North Rim of the Grand canyon and a day trip to Page. I thought the campground was great, clean, big spots and quite when we were there. would definitely stay there again.

This place was amazing. Very quite, very clean, polite host, felt safe, beautiful campground, water spouts, trash containers, not too far from GCNP & CLEAN REST ROOMS.

Repeat camper! Usually just a day or two. Gas station has a good confectionery for your sweet tooth. No hookups so be prepared.

Very close to the highway, but quiet after dark. Facilities are maintained in very clean condition. Water is conveniently available.

Clean, green and screen. The camp environment was homey and wonderful camp host. The scene made my guitar playing that much better.

What a great campground! Hosts were super friendly and it being opening weekend everything was ultra clean. Easy and beautiful ride to the North Rim. Bonus was the little cafe and market across the street.

Like most campsites these days, the mornings and evenings are interrupted with generators. I believe non-quiet time for generators should be 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Solar panels and adequate batteries provide the technology needed to avoid the scourge of generator droning overtaking the peace of the campground. This is, of course, not a critique of Jacob Lake Campground, which is fine, but of campgrounds in general these days. If its quieter in my backyard than a campground, somethings wrong.

Cleanest Vault Toilets I have ever seen. Beautiful campground. Bundle up at night! We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and it was in the 30's at night.

My brother and I had taken a one-week trip through ten states during the summer of 2019. Our stay at Jacob Lake Campground was one of the absolute best parts of the trip. It is secluded enough so that you can feel isolated in nature while it is just across the road from Jacob Lake Inn Cafe, which sells beautiful souvenirs. Also at Jacob Lake Inn, we were able to speak with some of the workers, who recommended hikes and such at Grand Canyon National Park. It truly is a beautiful community, and I hope to visit again soon.
