We stayed at many campgrounds on our journey for two weeks. We enjoyed this campground the most and were sad to only have had a short time. Hosts were wonderful

The campground is nestled amongst beautiful ponderosa pine trees and is well maintained. The bathrooms were cleaned regularly and spotless, which was especially nice for vault toilets! The campground hosts Dan and Sharon were friendly, helpful and offered suggestions of places to visit in the surrounding area. We especially enjoyed walking across the Navajo Bridge and viewing the Colorado River below.

Second year at Jacob Lake @ May 15. Campground and sites have been very clean and facilities are cleaned regularly. Campground hosts are attentive and helpful. One of my favorite destinations. Campground is often full but never feels crowded.

Very clean campground, very nice host. There is no electric, you cannot fill your camper water tank with water, and there is no sewage dump available. They have limited water available. No showers either but the vault toilets are very clean. So, be prepared to rough it. You are allowed to run generators from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The people in a tent near us got tired of hearing ours, but we were not breaking any rules.

Although the water level was low, this is an incredibly beautiful spot. And, in fact, the low lake level added to the dramatic vistas looking towards the mountains! Nice, quiet campground. Extremely helpful and friendly manager. We arrived right after a heavy rain and the red clay road from the dam to the campground was slightly slick but we had no problem pulling our travel trailer to the turn off for the campground and down the hill to the sites. Will gladly recommend this campground to friends.

The campground was super clean and the hosts made us feel welcome. We appreciated the hand sanitizer in the bathrooms.

Well-kept campground with nice hiking trails connected. Just across the street from a lodge with restaurant, gas, and wi-fi. An easy drive to the north rim of the Grand Canyon. The forest trails nearby make a great place to explore via dual-sport motorcycle. Clean vault toilets that don't stink! No showers.
