The campground is very nice and is well kept. The bathrooms are kept clean and stocked. The campground hosts were nice and friendly.

Overall site condition very good, tables, fire rings in good shape, restrooms spotless, sanitation supplies readily available. Hosts attentive.

Unfortunately many of the sites are mere steps from the road with cars and trucks whizzing by at 55 mph. This does go away after dark but somewhat unnerving during the day.

very nice place right off highway 89A only 40 min from the north entrance to the Grand Canyon. Camp host was very helpful on finding our site and recommendation on things to see outside the park

We took a week-long vacation to checkout remote areas of the north rim and do some off-roading. The grounds were clean but the sites were different sizes, we had 2 sites and 1 was tiny. The crowd that was there during our time was quiet and respectful at night. The facilities were clean and the only thing I wish it had was a shower. At least they let us set up a privacy tent and portable shower... and we needed it after all that off-roading. I can't wait to go back but will go for a shorter time to get a proper shower somewhere else.

We had to take a site right by the road but the traffic at night was light so did not find it to be a problem. The hosts were very friendly. Besides going to the North Rim, we enjoyed climbing the tower nearby and did walk the campground trail. Great cookies from the historic store!
