Excellent experience at Sheep Pass Group campground. We had site #6 and it was plenty big for our hiking group of 15. Very quiet and scenic with clean restrooms. Great BBQ pits. Pleasantly surprised with everything!

Amazing location within the park. Our group used sites 2, 5, and 6. Each of them was great in its own way. Amazing views of the park, great rock scrambling, and the sites really made you feel like you had the park to yourself. Bathrooms were also super clean!

Nice campsite. Be warned that if you sleep in your car, the parking at Site No. 6 is significantly out of level and I would not recommend it for that purpose.

We loved our stay at Sheep Pass Group Campground! The site was spacious enough for our group of 30, with plenty of room to spread out. Having two fire pits was a great bonus for gathering at night. The nearby rocks were perfect for scrambling and exploring during the day. Bathrooms were clean and well-maintained.

Group Site 6 is large enough to hold 8 vehicles and up to 30 people. It's the first campsite on your left as you enter into Sheep's Pass. The site is split by a large rock formation so that you have a fire ring on either side of the boulder. 2 regular concrete picnic tables with bench seats are on each side of the boulder. A single concrete table without seats is on the eastern side of the rock formation. That concrete table without seats is essential to prevent mice from climbing up to eat your food. Plastic totes are essential to storing your food items to prevent rodent damage. There are a lot of fat mice living along the rock formation. Don't leave your car doors or trunks open at night as the mice will enter into the car for food. Clean fixed port a johns are to the east of the campsite. Another bonus is that if you have AT&T as your carrier, you're able to obtain a signal from the western side of the rock formation.

Sheep Pass Group #6 has a great location right next to a boulder formation that you can climb on, which also helps block wind. It is distant from the other campgrounds which makes it a bit more private. Pit toilet was clean and located not too far. Small trail head right across the road. Overall, very happy with the #6 group spot in Sheep Pass campground.

Favorite Group Campsite! Has a lot of flat areas to set up camp. Lots of room for tent setups, some separated areas for more privacy. The bathrooms are well kept and clean.

A wonderful and private group campsite. Very well kept. Bathrooms were clean for my group's arrival. Plenty of rock structures to explore and provide shade. Gorgeous drive into the park. Would highly recommend and we will be making this our annual spot.

Great campsite. A little more dirt than Jumbo Rocks so things did get a bit dirtier. The bees were really bad also but overall a great trip.

Restrooms very clean, and well maintained. Site had plenty of room for our whole group. However the rodent issue was stressful for the ladies.

Beautiful. We loved this site. Such a stunning landscape! It's most special at dusk and dawn. This site is HUGE and has its own bathroom. Very nice grills and tables--great for a large group.

Because the park rangers don't patrol around the campgrounds anymore, we found 20-30 people squatting in our site, and pretending that was their site... There are a lot of young people who stay in campsites without reservation these days.

Came here early November, make sure you bring warm clothes, lots of firewood, and tent stakes for the windy nights. Great desert views, we will come back again.
