Campgrounds are nicely spaced apart and everybody was very friendly! Great stargazing area as well!

Loved this site. Nice big rock for wind protection. Not a huge site but plenty of room for 4 people.

Great location, small site. A group of bros were yelling and screaming until after 1 am, guess everyone here is used to that. We got lucky the next night, bros left beforehand so it was nice and peaceful.

Great site, great campground. Only negative on this site is the fire pit. It sits between 2 large rocks with only about one foot clearance on both sides to walk around it. Seating on West and East side of pit but moving around it at night is dangerous. Two of our campers almost fell into the fire and both were completely sober. Also, westerlies winds blow all of the smoke eastward at the picnic table, continuously.

Stayed at site 93 and it was amazing. Morning sun was great. No other campsite to one side, and the other side situated so everyone had privacy. Great little spot to nestle a small tent on the rocks-a bigger tent would have to be closer to the road.

The campground is tucked well off the main road in the huge beautiful rocks! Very quiet at night and beautiful star gazing. Easy to find and access - camped in my van but tent site appeared flat and nice!

I was at site 93 and it was awesome. Right off the road, but not particularly close to other campers. Good for a 2-person tent or two but not much more. In a great loop surrounded by rocks suitable for climbing or scrambling.

The camping spot that we selected did not fit our camper even though it said it did. Luckily the camp host came through with a spot for us. Please remeasure your spots because their was no way our camper would fit it our spot without blocking the road and that was before we put our steps out

Always a treat to spend time at Joshua tree. Great campsite, overall good vibes and friendly people. Enough space at the camp spots to feel away from your neighbors and be tucked back and nestled into the rocks. This one in particular is further away from a lot of the highlights of the parks, but personally we didn't mind.
