Spot is small and right next to 17. A two man tent is about as big as you can fit.

Meh campground wise our site was really close to the other campsites. It got too hot during the day and we had to leave.

Very unique place, a little bit magical and weird, but at the same time, so interesting and beautiful. I would recommend to visit it for everyone at least once, because youll feel different in the camping like this, and though I dont want to come back, I glad that Ive chose this place :)

Indian Cove is isolated but the stars are great. Our campsite was limited by number of tents and people. 16 and 17. I wish the reservation system had told me that. Is the $25 a night fee the same as a larger site for 6 people? There was no one checking that I noticed. Just thieving ravens !

Site 16 and 17 are on top of each other absolutely no privacy. Should be just one camp site.

Well organized and operated campground with fantastic rocks with camp sites nestled between. Neighbors were initially loud but quieted down consistent with the campground rules. A little tight in our particular campsite, but we were one of the last to choose and the site was still fine.

Exactly as it was explained online. Though we would have liked flush toilets and running water/soap, we knew that wasn't available before we cooked the site.

The camp site itself was very small and was very close to the site next to ours. Our neighbors were polite and we were able to share the space. Would not recommend for families as camping space is limited.

We come often to the park. This was in a beautiful area, but this site is too close/ in too tight of an areas with the site 17, the two together are just one large site.

This site was adjacent to another site. It would be good for two groups. We decided to book another site after seeing this one and we camped at the other site which was more secluded.

The bathroom was horribly maintained. The three nights we were there, it was never cleaned and no toilet paper. So be prepared.

One of the best camp spots yet. Love the rock formations and proximity to Joshua Tree (town). Super dark at night

Beautiful stay at #16 Indian Cove, even though I forgot my tent poles!!!! A park guard commiserated, saying I was the second one in 48 hours to tell her they forget tent poles. Made me feel better to know that one other person out of 500,000 forgot tent poles. LOL.

We have been here many times before and it is well worth it even when crowded. However, some of the sites are not level enough for a RV and are not as described, possibly due to changes in size that are not recorded. Also, there is no reliable phone number even though someone might get back to you eventually. Don't get discouraged though; go and enjoy.

When I arrived at the campsite I was staying at it was already reserved for me! How awesome is that! Very quiet during the Fall. Still, I enjoyed being away from my normal life. I would recommend this place to anyone.
