Great place, quite, some spots are not that spacious but I stay at 92 and that was a good spot.

Parking is too close together for vans or small RVs.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, was myself and my gal and we had a blast! We stayed for one night but the scenery was gorgeous and the stars were electric. I cant wait to do it again. Thank you! I recommend lots of blankets, lots fir fire, and some kind of flashlights or lantern.

First time in this campground and we loved it. Our spot looked small on the website but we actually had plenty of room. They also look very close to each other but we never saw our neighbors unless they walked by. Being so close to the rocks is great for the kids (and adults) to climb without having to drive far. We loved this place!

We originally had camp site 92. This was a very small parking area for our van. Fortunatly there were no campers in 91 and 93 so it worked out. Other wise we would have been a bit disapointed. The 2nd night we moved to camp site 95. No one was in this site so we took it.This was a perfect location for our van and plenty of space available. We loved the snow!

There is no running water at this campground nor any potable water nearby (2miles away). Be aware of this before going. We had problems with the weather with severe high winds and freezing weather. But want to commend the National Park service for sending warning emails about the severe weather. Beautiful rock formations and Joshua Trees.

Great scenery and amazing rocks! I have never experienced such dead calm quiet before! And perhaps the darkest night sky I've ever seen! No Joshua Trees in the campground and the park itself is not accessible from the campground, so you'll have to drive to one of the park entrances. Also, be sure to fill your water jugs at the ranger station because there is no water in the campground. Very private and secluded site #90, although you have to walk in about 50' from the road. I will be going back to this campground again.

The cool stone placements and "sculptures" were a beautiful backdrop to my site #81. Perfect too because the sun shone longer on the site vs #90, 91 and 92 because they are at the base of the other wall and sun is blocked by the stone wall.I brought my bicycle and road the 7.0 miles from Indian Cove over to Canyon Road, 49 Palms Trailhead to enjoy the 3 mile (moderate to strenuous 1.5 each way) and then back to Indian Cove Campground- 14 miles of biking and three miles of hiking in total. The 49 Palms hike takes you to an oasis of palm trees. great sight.A walk to the amphitheater and then short nature loop at the end of the road is perfect. I am not a rock climber but there were a lot of people enjoying that sport. Highly recommend the trip

Beautiful views with plenty of privacy off seasons. Several bathrooms close by which was nice, but no sinks as was expected. The campground itself is a bit of a drive back on a dirt road but the campsite was worth it with a small cove for the fire

Beautiful campground that feels hidden away from civilization but has easy access to it

Loved this campsite. There are two other sites next to it but this one is nice because it is set back and has more privacy from the road.
