This is a gorgeous campground that is easily accessible from outside of the park. Its a short drive to get cell phone service or to run to the grocery store. Site 53 isnt close to any neighbors and has amazing views. This site also didnt have as much wind as the other site where I stayed, site 61. The only problem I encountered at this site was that people kept driving or walking by and taking pictures of me and my campsite because of the beautiful view behind us.

Such a beautiful place to camp and drive through!! Our spot had a fantastic view and was a large site with a picnic table and trash receptacles. It was quiet and very convenient to Joshua Tree National Park. We loved staying there.

What an amazing camp site!! Easy to find, clean, so close to the park areas we wanted to see! It was just beautiful!! I took so many pictures it was so beautiful! We were in site 51 and it was roomy and gorgeous background with the rocks and beautiful sky! Great stay! Quiet!

Very good! Lack of rocks which is whatever but it was really windy so we had to go on a hunt to find some to help hold our tent down.

The campsite and nature trail were fantastic. The area is beautiful. All restrooms were very clean. We enjoyed and plan to return

Nearby access to potable water more than a drinking fountain would be desirable. No water for the RV even at the visitor center. $30 water/dump in town.

Great site and near the restroom. the big boulders of rocks gave the site privacy and were helpful at night time with high winds.

One of my all time favorite campsites. The view, and the proximity to other camp sites was perfect. Be sure and bring plenty of water and bug spray, mosquitoes were hungry.

Site 053 was just right for us, we were able to stargaze at night, appreciate the sunrise from a large rock nearby and walk the trail at Indian Cove. It was clean, and private. A great place to camp

What an amazing campground! we had an awesome site, very private with a giant builder for a neighbor. We will come back for sure, we liked the fact it was not in Joshua Tree Park, but extremely close and offers amazing views and tranquility.

Love this space (not telling which one) but the entire campground has wonderful spots. Would be nice to have water or a dump station but doesn't distract from the location.

Well maintained, clearly marked trails that are to do even when arriving later in the afternoon, speedy entry into the park and campground. We have site 53 - very private with beautiful big boulders surrounding and our 2-person tent fit perfectly off the little path and behind a large cactus (for sure would fit a larger tent). Lots of trash and recycling receptacles. Will definitely return!

This is a special place that I'm sure I will visit again some day! The campsites were really nice we couldn't even see another campsite form our site so we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Bathrooms were nice and clean and didn't smell bad at all. Trash and recycling bins were great, but confused why they don't have a bin for paper / cardboard.

This campground was awesome! I don't want to say what site we were in because I want to keep it a secret :). The climbing was amazing and the interactive trail was great and easy. I wish it was easier to make a reservation but that's what makes the place so special. Close to a town too so if you forget anything it's a short drive away. We will be back!
