It was a very enjoyable camping experience. Not a lot of other campers so it made it very relaxing and quiet.

Though it was super hot our one night stay was magical!!!! Weve never been to or seen any structures like the boulders of Joshua Tree(Indian Cove)! The stars were so breathtaking and it seems we picked the perfect, private site!!!

Amazing setting, we rock climbed, hiked around the campground and kids loved scrambling on the rocks. Our original campsite was occupied when we arrived, but the camp host was very accommodating and found us an even better campsite for the 2 nights we spent there.

We had a wonderful time. Easy access to restroom, and enough room between our camp and others. Clean site. Only bummer, no water around, but we knew that going in. Great sight seeing and hiking.

The camping experience was great. Clean site, and clean and stocked vault toilets. But, as another reviewer said, Site 046 is close to the road which I knew and didn't have a problem with, but drivers go way too fast past there. I've never been to a campground where people drive so fast and kick up so much dust. Almost every single car driving by was speeding significantly. I really wish local managers would do something about all the speeders in that campground. It was concerning and disappointing. Overall though, a fantastic camping experience!

The site did warn of ruts and washouts but the local management did an amazing job fixing and filling with new material. It was well graded and the new, soft material felt great! So thank you!

Quiet clean camp grounds had a couple on 1 side is didn't hear much anything. I come with my pack try squeeze 1 more warm day in before heat! Great weather 79-84 tons cactus needles on ground. More than other southern JT or mid Park camping.

We actually went to cancel and did not know about the 4 day rule so lost our money. It was worth staying a couple of extra nights at Hidden Valley. Next time we come to Joshua Tree I would like to try Indian Cove out.

Beautiful, peaceful. A bit aways away from Joshua National Park, but worth the solitude.

Fun campground. Seeing the firelight on the rocks a bit magical. Ranger on duty was very informative and helpful.

It was already hot mid April and we didnt have any shade at our camp site, but it was a great stay nonetheless! The stars were amazing at 3am. Decent condition toilet.

Clean and great recycling options. Parking was tight and limited. Garbage truck came very very early in the morning, very loud! Also, kids next to us didn't obey by quite hours. But the land was beautiful and obviously well taken care of. Can't wait to come back and go to a program at the Ampatheater!

The campsite we reserved Indian Cove was not level enough for our RV but we easily found another site. Many were available. We also stayed overnight at the Ryan campground and found a nice site there as well. The park was "crowded" but not so much that sites could not be found and the park enjoyed.
