Cold and windy but beautiful bright sunshine. The wind kept me from having a fire but we survived without one. The large rock buffered the wind by our space so that was good. My dog and I went for some nice walks on the trails near the campground. The scenery was impressive and fun for us to climb a few of the lower rock groups.

The campground was very nice! Pretty easy to get but the rest of the park but it is a bit of a drive. The site is very small but we were able to make our 8ft by 8ft tent work. The two only downside is the toilets, if the wind blows in the right direction thats the only thing you smell and the lack of water. But overall great!

Went to Joshua Tree for some climbing, cant go wrong with staying at Indian Cove, even without getting into the main park, theres climbing all around. Camp sites are excellent, easy to get around. No water or cell service, but both are a short drive away if you need them. Perfect place to take pictures of the stars as well. Always a treat to stay at Indian Cove.

Indian Cove seems to be in pretty good shape in terms of the roads and has a nice nature in the loop at the far end. Lots of fun scrambling on the rocks and seems to be plenty of room for turnaround's. The bathroom was in great shape And although there aren't a ton of trees things are pretty nicely spaced out.

Overall a good experience. Campground is not too packed and people around us were very quite. However, the parking space is quite small next to our campsite. I forgot whether it was shown on the booking page or not, but our lot is not a back-in site.

Fellow camper decided that everyone in the campground would like to listen to their music. Toilets were disgusting. Like not useable. Other than that. Pretty nice lol.

Campground was extremely scenic with large rock formations all over the place and well situated to explore the rest of the park. We enjoyed the nature trail more than we expected, in a pleasant valley with many unusual plants and birds. Restrooms were very clean. Our campsite was small but clean.

This location has the restrooms in easy reach. Be prepared for early mornings as the campsite faces east. It's gorgeous spot and can't wait to return.

This campground was a very pleasant surprise! Tucked amongst the boulders it was very out of this world and private. Unfortunately no camp sink, but we have a fire pit and separate grill and the toilets were clean. Definitely recommend
