Very nice campground. It has clean bathrooms, water on the side of the road. camping spots are mostly small, make sure the size of your RV will fit on the spot you are renting. There is a dump station close by. Really quiet and dark at night if you want to see the stars.

Clean facilities, quiet, other campers were also mindful of noise and light and made the experience even better.

This campsite is a bit far from all the JT action, but it was still beautiful and peaceful. We had a 14ft teardrop camper and the parking at each site is a bit tight, but we were able to make it work. I would recommend and will be back.

This is such a beautiful campsite. Beautiful native plants, spacious, and spring drinking water. It was a great stay. No cell reception.

I was in Loop B space 30, parking was great, it was only me this time, but will be great when i want to bring my kids. Plenty of room for two tents and a second car. The space is toward the end of the loop so it was very quiet the night I was there. As always the hike to Mastodon peak was part of my ritual when ever I can get out to Cottonwood.

The spots were so tight that I was kept up hearing my tent neighbor snoring for hours!! Otherwise great. Bathrooms and property were clean.

Great campground with a wonderful layout and access to Joshua Tree's gorgeous wilderness.Keep in mine it's in the Colorado Desert portion of J Tree--if you're looking to camp right near Joshua Trees and giant rocks it's not that, but it is a short drive from that. Great access to the cholla garden and Cottonwood Springs Oasis Trail--definitely check that out!Overall great place to stay, great stars, water, clean bathrooms, beautiful nature.11/10

Lots of sites but doesn't feel crowded. Unfortunately had one loud group making noise late until the night, but everyone else was very quiet and respectful.

There was a mix up on one of the nights but Damon Yanez did a great job resolving the issue. We had a great time there being near the same sites my family had.

Had a fantastic weekend camping and hiking at Joshua Tree. Campsite B30 at Cottonwood was a perfect spot. Rather flat and good for a tent. Just far enough away from the bathroom and noise was average. Would definitely recommend this campground. Even though it is on the south end of the park and away from all the main attractions there is still plenty of hiking nearby plus it is close to Interstate 10.

Mastadon peak was a great hike to learn about Native American history. We learned boulders were used as mortars, try and find the marker along the trail. Bring water!

The campsite is pretty far from many of the main attractions of the park but we always found it well-worth the drive. Close to a small town for amenities. Quiet, beautiful night skies.
