The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Fun and interesting theme cabins. The camp store was cute and served ice cream.

We always like camping at Prairie Flower campground. Sites are spacious and easy to back into. We have never had any issues with 50amp service. Now that the coe has upgraded and added additional dump stations you very seldom have to wait in a line. Campground is always maintained well. Only down side to the campground is sufficient shade for most of the sites facing the lake (coneflower section). I would highly recommend Prairie Flower campground.

We really liked the concrete sites. The new and closer water spigots were a very nice addition to the campground. The lake view was amazing. The trails being nearby were a major plus as well. The bathhouse was clean every day. Lots to do in the area as well. I believe a tornado had knocked some trees down. I hope they plant some that will be beneficial to campers in the future to provide shade again.

Nice level site. Even though it is not a lakeside site still had some views of the lake out our front window and rear dinette window.

Prairie Flower has great accommodations. The restroom/shower house was very clean. So much so that our 8 year old grandsons commented on how nice and clean they were. The concrete pads are awesome. The camper stays much cleaner. Will definitely stay there again.

This camping area is one of the best in the country. The camper patio is all concrete that is level and clean. Some sites have the million dollar view. The downsides are getting a good spot. And there are no full hook ups. The Neal smith bike trail runs through the area . Giving you miles of excellent trailsThe beech is a short walk from the lake side sites. And the marina is a short distance away.Love this place!

Prairie Flower is next to Saylorville Lake. And on Neil Smith bike trail. Also near Polk city. Adjacent to golf, swimming, boating and several nice parks. The camp sites are all paved. The shower houses are very good. Several sites are in view of the lake and a short trail to the main beach. That being said the area is one of the best in the state of Iowa. Paul
