Great location to watch the Mississippi River. Very well kept campground, very good shower/bath buildings. Close enough to Davenport to sightsee, visit the locks and museum. There are trains that go by day and night but not often enough to be annoying.

We greatly enjoy our stays at Clark's Ferry-- very neat, clean, well kept!

this campground was ok. sites are easy to back into. electric only, but the power was good. you might need a long hose for water depending on site, or stop and fill up and then park. There is a train track on the north side of campground, and quite a few trains come through, day and night, with horns. It is right on the river if you want to fish or bring a boat. some local residents will reserve sites and setup a day or so in advance to make sure they get a spot. Not much walking area or biking area.
