Our camp host Bob was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Always saw him out and about checking on people and facilities. Everything in general was great, the only thing that was an inconvenience was having to drive the trash to the campground entrance to dispose of multiple times a day. Most campgrounds we have stayed at have multiple bear resistant trash receptacles. We will definitely stay at Tuff again, it's short distance to Convict and Mammoth was convenient and the creek through the campground was great kids even managed a few trout out of it.

We had a nice time, but very crowded. The stream/creek had NO fish - not a good fishing spot.

Great place to camp!
Stream runs through the campground. Beautiful aspen trees. Right across 395 is Tom’s Place for supplies, good food with great service. Beyond Tom’s Place at the end of the road about 8 miles is beautiful Rock Creek Lake. Just north about 10 minutes is the road to Convict Lake only 2 miles from 395. We will camp at Tuff again.

Beautiful spot to camp, well taken care of and maintenance staff was very nice and helpful. Trails are close by for riding. And bishop is about 25 min away. The kids had the best time playing in the creek. The trees provide the best shade from the sun.

The campground is very clean. Prior camp host took out posts and rails to make getting in and out of site easy. Rest rooms are cleaned daily and well maintained. Several places to visit in area, Bodie, Mammoth area and Devils Post Pile.
