Four Jeffrey Campground is located in the White Mountain Ranger District, Inyo National Forest (5 hrs 35 min northeast of Reedley, CA) with an elevation of 9,699 feet. There are a total of 106 campsites including 4 tent-only sites. The campground is normally open from mid May to mid October. 102 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 20 and 50 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. Prices start at $30.00 per night. Activities include boating, fishing, horseback riding, hiking trails, floating sports.

Very Clean campground. Very nice campsites. Clean Rest rooms.Close to fishing, South Lake, Sabrina and nearby Convict Lake and Rock Creek.Beautiful surroundings. Aspens and Mountains.

The camp host was very informative about bear activity and other matters. She and her husband are very conscientious and friendly. The camp ground is very pleasant especially the sites by the creek with shade.

Overall, had a great stay the bathrooms are really clean flushable toilets and sinks which is so great to have while camping. The camp host were so helpful and kind, definitely would recommend!

We've been staging our backcountry trips at Four Jeffrey for years. Susan is an excellent campground host - site was clean and raked and she was very nice to everyone - a very good vibe.

The campground host and management is excellent! Sites are clean and well maintained by staff. Campground staff members are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this campground. Its perfect for backpackers looking for a friendly welcoming campground before heading out into the backcountry.

The camp hosts were wonderful! Suzanne and Shawn were helpful, kind, attentive - and proactive in getting useful information out to campers. Big thank you to Dennis too. The campsites were tidy, raked, everything in good condition. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. It was always a pleasure to see the camp hosts come by!We have camped at Four Jeffrey many times over the years, when coming in and out of backpack trips, and we've always enjoyed our stay. And we've witnessed many happy families enjoying the campground and the fishing and the beauty of the area.

This is by far one of the cleanest camp ground I been to.Hosts Susan and Shaun were great to interact with. Very friendly and informative people.I stayed on site 8 very flat and right next to the creek not shady as compared to some of other sites but beautiful site nonetheless. I would totally stay at this campground again.

Really like the campground, the camp hosts and the close location to the Bishop Pass trailhead. When I arrived and realized the site I had reserved would not be suitable, the host was very accommodating in allowing me to transfer to another available site. The only problem with this campground was a large group of people around the bend that spanned two sites who were quite loud and enjoyed playing their music loudly as well. Minus those people, I would rate the Four Jeffrey campground as excellent.

Attend a father-son yearly tradition. As always, this campsite exceeds one's expectations. Camping spots near the creek are amazing, with plenty of shade and the serene sound of water moving next to you. Highly recommend reserving one of these spots. Bathrooms are kept clean and stocked. Limit the number and sizes of coolers, as bear boxes accommodate one comfortably with the rest of your food. Fishing is excellent with plenty of spots from which to choose. Bring your mosquito repellent!

We arrived to campground and found our campsite. Dennis(host) was nearby and escorted us to a water spigot to fill our tank. Denise was awesome and very helpful. Suzanne and Shawn were the other hosts and they were very attentive and helpful as well. Could t have asked for better campground hosts. The site was lovely and very private as we were in an aspen grove. The only negative was the dump station was closed but we were allowed to empty our grey tank at our site into the woods. The bathrooms were down but temporary toilets were provided and clean. Will def return.

A beautiful campground, and near to trailhead by short car ride. The sites by the creek will have the mosquitos, the sites on the hill won't as bad. The sites on the hill have the glorious views, the sites along the creek will have more shade. The ubiquitous Aspen Trees are just gorgeous. Bathrooms at campsite very clean, but cold water only. By contrast, the toilets up at Lk Sabrina are the filthiest you have ever seen and hardly useable if female, so plan accordingly. Otherwise, a beautiful almost-spiritual visit to the Sabrina Basin.

Visited late June, we stayed at site 27. We stayed two nights before a backpacking trip. The campground was a convenient location to check out the trailhead parking for our start and end of our trip. Site 27 had space for our two cars and two tents, probably couldve fit another tent as well. The site was fairly exposed to the sun, a sun shade wouldve been nice to have. The camp hosts did a great job of keeping the bathrooms clean and the campsites kept up. The only downside was the bugs, but thats everywhere in the Sierra in June.
