This is the second time I've stayed in this campground. I really like the layout. All of the pads are large and very flat. The views of the mountains are fantastic. The facilities are good. This campground has 4 showers. Each night I had a nice hot shower. Bring quarters though, the showers are not free but really cheap. Fifty cents for three minutes, extra quarter for another minute and a half. Silver lake is also close to Yosemite east entrance and other great hiking trails like Parker Lake and Mono lake.

Beautiful location. Very windy the night we camped. Noisy party campers all around. Quite a few generators. Easy access to the June Lake loop. Cascade nearby was gorgeous and audible at night (which was good!).

First time visiting the Silver Lake Campground. It's dry camping but the pads are nice and wide, the restrooms are clean and functional. Although campfires were not allowed, we used our portable propane fire bowl on the chilly mornings and evenings set-up on the pad and that worked perfectly. The only negative I have is the lack of consideration by some by not picking up after their pets. Was disappointing. Maybe better signage to remind them may work... Also providing campers with information on RV dump facilities would be appreciated. All in all it was a nice, spacious, and scenic campground and we will definitely come back.

Ours was just a one night stay on a long motorcycle road trip and this was a great place to relax and recuperate. The weather was perfect and the night sky was amazing. Looking forward to a future trip where we can spend some time on the lake.

Everything is great except you still don't have the showers open even though you still advertise them.
