Loved staying here and especially in squirrel loop, where the path down to the beach is just right there. Beautiful views. The sites were a little small and not a lot of shade but we appreciated that people were quiet around us and at night. Bathrooms were very clean but showers not available at the resort next door.

The campsite was clean and well-maintained. The camp hosts were friendly and helpful. Beautiful views and lovely walks. Easy access to the lake

This was a beautiful place to stop in during your roadtrip. There were deers that roamed the area. The campsites were decent sized and was perfect for my dog.

Windy!
Really really windy.
Painfully windy!
Jesus was it ever windy!!!

Clean bathroom though.

The campsite was spacious and bathrooms were kept clean. There was a wind divider on our site which I think helped because it was so windy. There was some shade on our site but I would recommend an easy-up. There were no showers on site but right before the campground entrance there is a little general store and RV resort which has showers ($1 for 5-7 minutes). We were walking distance to the lake.
