Its a family feels campsite. While the sites are closer to one another than I would like, it didnt matter once we settled. There is so much to do which is wonderful with a kiddo. The lakes are an easy access to get to and stunning. Its off grid, which we loved!

The views were terrific. Deer came down about 30 ft from us every evening. The camp host were polite and knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. The camp spots are not as big as I would like. And the water level in the twin lakes was really low making it difficult to fish from land. But never the less we had a very pleasant time. 4 other lakes are with in 5 min drive range and the area is terrific for mountain biking with a free ride on a round the clock trolly bus til 6pm. Also just 1 min away there is horse back riding.

Awesome campground! Each site is setup nicely, with a good amount of privacy and personal space. The host was very helpful and sweet. Very close to the lake! Flushable toilets and drinkable water. There is a very convenient general store at the campgrounds where you can rent kayaks and boats, purchase fire wood, beer/wine, snacks, fishing gear, etc. They also have showers but they are $8 (pretty pricey). Also, the general store does require a $10 minimum to use your credit or debit card. The campground is centrally located, near all of the surrounding lakes and close to lots of hikes. There is a lot of local wildlife around, we saw lots of deer and even encountered a bear. We Will definitely be back!
