The campsite was nice and clean. The camp host was friendly and accommodating. The campsite was by the lake and the nice sound of the waterfall was relaxing. The campsite has showers, restrooms and water available nearby. Great location.

Overall our stay was pleasant. The camp hosts are great and helpful. The location is nice, however be prepared for wind since it’s right on the lake. And bears. I prefer a little more private campground the road was right at the back of our site and bike trail in front.. so don’t come here expecting privacy. However the camp sites are fairly large and mostly wooded. The lake is pretty low this year, I guess just like all of CA right now. Bring your bikes and kayaks.

The only thing we didn't like was that the trail behind our site got a lot of foot traffic so it was noisy during the day.

This was our first time camping at mammoth. I did not expect much, but one of best camping site I have ever been to. It is clean and so much activities around the area that you should definitely try this place. I will come every year from now on.
