The camping sites are very large and well separated from each other. The restrooms and showers were very clean. Views of Chicago from Indiana Dunes are spectacular along with just the beauty of Lake Michigan.

Great experience! Loved the town. Loved the campground. Our site was perfectly private enough. Showers could be less clogged and messy but will be back.

Nice campsite, heated clean bathrooms. Quiet and peaceful campground besides the sounds of the train. Overall, great campground and centrally located to hikes in Indiana Dunes State and National Parks.

This was such a great park with so much to do and see. It ended up being our favorite national park of the trip because it wasn't overcrowded like all the others. Campground was clean and modern.I tried to select 5 stars but the buttons are not working

Campground was nice but the hosts were over zealous and ruined it before the camper was even unhooked.

Campsite and restrooms were great. Must do the dune trails. Sandhill cranes were moving through and the marsh walk was great.

Both the State Park and NPS offer excellent camping just the right distance for a 1st or last night of our trip from the western burbs. NPS is primitive so easier to get a site and usually quieter.
