The campground is in a nice location. Each site is medium sized - some have full hook-ups, but most have only electricity. The centrally located bathhouse is on the oldish side - but it's kept up and is cleaned well each day. The showers are nice but the shower heads are locked in a fixed position and spray water pretty far outside the shower area and got my clothes wet. The thing I saw multiple times during my stay were people making a mess in the dump station. One person flat-out dumped their black tank straight onto the pavement. It's a nice dump station - but a good percentage of the people abuse it.

Nice quiet camping. Easy in and easy out. Will definitely return. I stayed in a 33 motorhome.

By Rend Lake golf course. Nice biking/hiking trails. Easy access off I57. Level sites. Full hook ups avail.

Very nice clean and quiet park. We enjoyed our stay. The only down fall is there are no laundry facilities on site. You have to go off the campground to get it done.

Most full hook up sites are nicely spaced but not level. Many had muddy picnic & fire pit areas. The lake is beautiful. The park was manicured.

I really liked our site at Gun Creek. I just wish they would fix the eroded dirt around the edge of the asphalt where your steps land from the camper. Overall it was great though.

Love coming here to go fishing. Nice to be in a corp lake with full hookups.
