The lot we booked was shady, fairly level, had paved areas for our vehicles. Very nice, plan to book the same spot again.

Great park, sites are paved, some have pretty good slopes may cause difficulty in leveling front to back with some rigs. we were able to barely level front to back. Full hookups are big plus. Bathrooms and showers were clean and good but no hooks to hang anything, used baby changing table. Lake is great, and the site is dark!, Great dark sky for star viewing.

The ground is so unlevel that you can hardly walk. It rained and it looked like a swamp. Was not graveled so it was a muddy mess the entire time we was there.

While we enjoyed our stay, a couple of suggestions would improve future use.
1. Site #34 is a muddy mess in back rendering the fire pit and picnic table unusable. As well many sites are extremely unlevel so sharing that information on the booking site would be helpful.
2. Ensure that trees are trimmed in all vehicle access areas. In the loop that has sites 60 and up, there are areas that will scratch the top of a tall unit.
3. I know that the skunks are a “part of nature” , however, having them living in the culverts next to your spot is certainly less than ideal, especially with pets. Not sure what if anything can be done about that.
The park is beautiful and we will stay again, however, we will be more selective in our campsite selection.

Quiet and well kept campground. Plenty of space between sites. 2nd stay this year, have reservations for October.

The campsite is super clean. So much space in between sites. Wide area for a gathering. Lots and lots of trees make for good shade. Quiet and peaceful. Good fishing too. I am looking forward to our next trip!!!
