Excellent 2 day stay. A good well maintained camp facility that was quiet & peaceful. Would stay here again. Camp hosts were friendly & helpful.

Nice level site with sewer and water. Level patio area but it is lime that tracks in the camper. View of the lake.

We love this campground! Paved sites with Full Hookups make it an easy stop. Wish the sites were a bit more level though! The lake is nearby. The dump station is convenient and I am glad that the dumpsters have been moved out of the RV sites and closer to the Dump Station.

Clean well maintained campground. Roads are a little narrow for larger vehicles but navigable. A few low hanging tree branches but nothing too bad.

I was very disappointed in the camping pads at Gun creek. They have nice asphalt to park the camper on, then the entire area around the picnic table is lime. Since it was raining the day we got, it was a complete mess. Then the next day it dried up nice which made it even more of a mess tracking in and out of the camper. The roads are narrow and tight pulling a camper around the entire campground. Not impressed!!

Nice campground. Pads for the RVs are narrow, barely 9 feet wide, and its hard to back in without going on the grass or in the mud. Many sites are too close together and are not level. The reservation website does not inform you of this.

Overall our experience was good, but we would suggest two improvements: First, the asphalt parking drive was so much higher than the picnic table area that we were unable to use our exterior kitchen. Second, the picnic table area was covered with a small chat that stuck to the bottom of our shoes when it was wet. A different material would be welcomed.

Check the site BEFORE you book the reservation, some sites are very unlevel.
In general they should bring in some gravel to level the shoulders with the road bed and the paved sites with the rest of the campsite.
