What a gem! Quiet and plentiful space for campers to enjoy the outdoors.

We had a wonderful stay at Gun Creek and cant wait to go back! Campground was busy but quiet. We kayaked in several places around the lake. The bike path is awesome! They do have a lot of skunks that make rounds after 7pm ..one guys dog got sprayed .. but they didnt seem a nuisance if u didnt pester them. Lots of deer and turkeys in the campground. We stayed 10 days. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful campground, great play area for kids. Only complaint was that we had a lot of trouble finding a dumpster for trash.

Very enjoyable. Beautiful scenery with the lake and fall colors. Clean bathroom/shower locations. Will definitely camp there again.

The campground was neat and clean. I enjoyed my time there, my trip was cut short due to mechanical failure of my boat. Very nice place and would recommend to everyone.

The hot water in the shower house on the eagle loop was nonexistent, you would think that hot water would be maintained for sanitary reasons, especially during these times of COVID

We like the camping area, but there is not enough non reservable sights. We went there one weekend and the sights were taken but there was openings on the reserve sights that if we took it we had to be off by Friday so we had no place to stay. It's not fair when we have family show up and we decide to go camping and we head there and then there is no camp sights available because they are all reserved.

Love Rend lake and the COE campgrounds. Wish they would enforce the abandoned campsite rule. People reserve the best sites early in week and then never use them or just stay for a night.
