Dam West is a very nice campground with clean bathrooms.

The grass EVERYWHERE was at least shin high! It was horrible. I can’t believe they wouldn’t cut the grass any sooner. Also they had a cleaning service that came into everyone “occupied” campsite without saying anything to you and just started cleaning out your fir pit! Talk about invasion of privacy . I will never go back to this campground again.

We love Dam West. We camp there all season. Its difficult for us to make reservations so we take advantage of the many walk up sites. Campground is well maintained and grass is always cut. Also, the staff our wonderful.
