The park is so clean and well managed, the sites are well marked and the lady at the fee booth is so friendly and helpful. The park is half way between Savana and Fulton Illinos with Clinton, Iowa just across the river from Fulton. The park has 30 Amp and 50 Amp electric plus water at each site, and there is a blue tote dump near the shower house. There is plenty to do in both Savana and Clinton as well as shopping. Thomson is small and has one restaurant but it is a cut above others. You will enjoy your stay and look forward to returning.

We were in the loop that was on the lily pad marsh (site 18). It had rained...other sites had flooded, roads and site pads stayed wet and muddy all weekend. The other two loops were beautiful and on the river. One note...many areas of mud caused by trucks not having enough room to back rigs in, and driving over the grassy area. Even if site accommodates your rig, the street is narrow. There is a hiking trail, but due to weather, we did not use. We will return, to one of the other loops.
