We have been camping at this campground for 20 plus years. We enjoy the fully treed serenity of it along with the close access to the river at multiple points. The fire rings here are excellent and have very useable swinging cooking grates vs the commonly found flip over style. This allows keeping an item cooking over the fire and just keeping something warm next to it. Since Big Hank and Kit Price were clear cut logged some years back we no longer camp at them as there is little privacy between the campsites. The Camp Host at Devils Elbow is a great person. He does an excellent job of keeping the bathrooms clean and being conversive with campers.

it was very clean and quiet, bathrooms too. Easy access to the river. First time we went there and will go back for sure.

Lots of old logging roads to explore. Love how quiet and peaceful it was here.

The camp hosts are amazing. They work so hard keeping everything so clean!
A lot of dead and dying trees. It needs to be thinned out before it becomes like Big Hank!

Great location in beautifully treed campground. The drive up gravel roads on a left turnoff just north of the campground to waterfalls is worth the trek.
