BE VERY CARERFUL USING THE RESERVATION.GOV APP. I CANCELLED BEFORE THE SET DEADLINE AND WOULD HAVE OCCURED A $10 CANCELLATION FEE. THE CANCELLATION WAS NOT PROCESSED DUE TO A SYSTEMS ISSUE AND I WAS CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE STAY.IF YOU CANCEL, CALL THE PARK AND GET A CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION AND A REFERENCE NUMBER TO ENSURE YOU OBTAIN THE APPROPRIATE REFUND.RESERVATION.GOV SUPPORT IN NON EXISTENT. ON CHAT AND PHONE FOR HOURS TO NO AVAIL.AGAIN - BE VERY, VERY CAREFUL USING RESERVATION.GOV.

The park rangers were extremely friendly and helpful. There were trash cans and restrooms conveniently located close to our camp. We enjoyed the short hiking trails by the camp as well as the Little River close to camp. Beautiful area and perfect weather!

We had a great weekend stay with perfect weather. Sure would be nice to have shower facilities attached to the bathrooms.

We thought our campsite was very nice. However, the restrooms were sub-average. There was no soap for hand-washing and lots of dead bugs everywhere. But the campsite itself was really nice and we liked the location of the campground.

Beautiful campground, excellent hosts. Sites are VERY close together. Concessions are expensive.

Pretty campground with the Little River running through it. Lots of bear-proof dumpsters available. Sure wish they would install electricity (electric poles are already there) and showers (since they already have restroom buildings there - though they were not in service while we were camping). There were lots of hiking trails in the area.

We stayed during the fireflies and the location was perfect! We just walked over to the trail from our site and enjoyed the experience.
It’s only about 7 mins from downtown Gatlinburg so if you need to go into town that is convenient.
The only downside is that the bathrooms were closed but we only stayed one evening so it didn’t matter too much.

Great location to Gattlinburg. The campsites were clean and spacious. The little river is beautiful. Atmosphere was quiet. Truly a piece of heaven. It was a wonderful location for us. My husband hiked while I slept in and listened to the wild turkeys in the morning. Hopefully we will be able to come again.
