Beautiful scenery, excellent location near the Cades Cove Loop, clean bathrooms, and friendly rangers. We were here over the holidays, and even though the park was packed with visitors, the campground was peaceful and relaxing.

Good location for Cades Cove Loop drive - which we walked to avoid the traffic! Also good proximity for activites led by park rangers - we did a Night Talk about animals and the stars which was fun.

We love this campground. We love being able to get away from everything and stay so close to the loop. We go to other places in the park and surrounding area, but we also drive the loop 2 or 3 times a day. The campground is always quiet and clean and the Rangers are nice and helpful. This was our tenth yearly stay and first in the fall.

This is one of the nicest national park campgrounds that weve been to. Sites are very large with nice concrete pads and gravel which was nice since it rained while we are there. The park rangers are very nice and very helpful. Buy the guide for the Cades Cove Tour and stop to see the sites. Dont miss the Primitive Baptist Church which is off the main loop and the Middle Prong Trail Hike.

A little more open and close to neighbors than I would have thought. We were in the generator free zone, but there was a camper that ran their loud generator for a long time and presumably unchallenged by park staff; very annoying. Also they had the much roomier and paved campsites blocked off which was annoying as well. Why did we have to stay in the tight and uneven gravel portion? On a positive note- it was nice to be in the National Park and moments from the Cades Cove loop.

The camp site I had was large and shady. Love the camp store and the friendliness of the Park staff and Rangers. The no car day is the best idea ever for experiencing Cades Cove loop.

The telephone experience for registration was unacceptable. Do not use COVID-19 as an excuse for your inferior registration system. Its time to up your game.

Even though the tropical storm dumped 5 inches of rain, our campsite was well drained, and the bathrooms were nice. Camp Tremont and trails were nearby. My only grouse its that the trail to Abram's Falls was closed, after an epic rain. I am sorry we had to miss that.

No power, no lights, no showers, no generators, quiet.

Great experience, love the park. We'll be back. Given time of year, would have been nice to have a 50V plug, it was cold. Also, facility didn't have showers as other National parks have. Other than that, park was clean, got to see some great wildlife, deer and turkey. Thanks much to our National park system, good job.

Great spot with plenty of space. Had great shade and trees for hammocks.
