Rangers and staff are very pleasant to deal with. Some sites, as in most campgrounds, are more spacious. Great campground for children to ride bikes. Tons of shade which makes warm weather camping nicer. I do wish the bathrooms were heated during cold weather.

We love it here, and A01 our best spot. Just wish there was better Wi-Fi service. A severe storm was heading our way and we didnt have a clue

Pouring rain and the campground map was a little confusing, but overall a good night.

Excellent location !Can be a little noisy the morning when trucks collect the garbage.

Even with the huge number of visitors the camp sites were private, and well maintained. It was a lovely campground

Had to switch site after one night from b to a. Don’t understand that process. The park is definitely designed for cars and not pedestrians/hikers.

The campground loops are nice and the sites are decent. The rangers we spoke to were friendly. Where our experience turned really sour was for several reasons. 1) the bathrooms in the campground were filthy! Disgustingly so. They stunk like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. 2) when we first arrived I asked about WiFi. I was told that we could connect on the front porch of the ranger station. For some unknown reason, they turned it off at 8pm. A few days into our stay, there was no more WiFi. When I asked about it, I was told it was being abused. There were people hanging out on the porch watching Netflix and YouTube which was ridiculous. The available bandwidth was not fast enough for either to work. There is NO phone either. What used to be a payphone can now only be used to call a ranger. There is a sign by that phone that the nearest place for a cell phone call is Townsend (about 20-25 minute drive each way).

Someone needs to clear the management out of there and bring rangers in that believe in customer service. I guess that it being government owned and operated with ZERO competition near by, they just don't care. It's a pity.
