The office staff was great. They were very knowledgeable about the Campground and activities that were available. The campsite was as expected well kept and the restrooms were very clean.

wonderful experience and campsite, although water at site would have been nice. Very tight corners getting in and out,

Well maintained and spacious campsites. the the store is nice, it has ice cream and simple foods, kids love it. Super close to Cades Cove loop, where we biked on Wednesday. We definitely will stay here for our next visit.

I stayed in Cades Cove Campground Loop B. Woke up early in the morning to see an orangish-bluish sky against large fir trees and saw a couple of deer and some with antlers crossing the road. Went to the main office (which opens at 8), got directions, and bought the color map for $1. Hit the cades cove trail and was amazed by the beautiful scenic forest across a canopy of the misty mountainside. Saw more deer, pheasants, and a bear! Be patient on the trail since everyone is rubber-necking :)Hiked 2.5m (one-way) to Abrams fall trail. 200 feet before the trail end, you can see the falls from the top and it makes a great picturesque memory.

Love the campsite. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. We got there way late at night but everything was well laid out on the map u can pick up at the front. Plenty of space at the tent sites. Bathroom we were kept cleaned and easy to get to whichever camp site u stay at. I also loved the store we were able to get a few snacks and ice cream and went to the loop around Cades Cove. We got to see some bears and elk and deer which was nice. Thank you to the staff. If it wasnt for them we would have never known about the small hike to this waterfall off one of the stops on the loop. Had a great weekend will definitely be back.

We stayed at Cade's Cove for two nights. We have two boys, 8 & 11, plus my husband. We loved staying inside Great Smoky Mtn and would definitely recommend Cades Cove. We planned on driving Cades Cove early morning (hoping to see more activity) so that was the main reason for staying at this campground. We saw two bears when we drove through (probably about 10 AM, not as early as I hoped, but grateful for the bears!). We also saw horses and a deer. The rangers are great (except for rushing us by the first bear - I didn't even have time to take a picture). Bathrooms were clean; our walk to the bathroom wasn't bad. We also conquered Clingman's Dome and enjoyed sightseeing within the park. 5 stars from our family!

Being able to bike the loop with no motorized vehicles on Wednesday is a terrific way to engage with the park!

The sites are paved and the park is quiet. The motor trail is nice and wasnt too crowded for this time of year.

Saw lots of wildlife around the loop, bears deer turkeys and a coyote. The campsite was very clean and quiet until our neighbors arrived. Why would the NPS allow anyone to bring an Italian Mastiff and a pit bull into a campground ? At least they were asked to leave after one night. Maybe you could avoid future problems by not allowing large dangerous dogs in the campgrounds in the park.
