Was a good campground. We rode our e-bikes through Cades Cove and enjoyed the beautiful views. Had a fire ring at our site and used it every night.

Great location near Cades Cove, lots of hiking options easily accessible by foot; restrooms were easy to access and it was handy being near the camp store. I like that there was no internet service, really felt like we were getting away and enjoying a peaceful, relaxing weekend in nature. Beautiful spot!

We saw lots of deer and turkey but no bear. Its mid February so we didnt really expect too but was hoping. The hike to Abraham Falls was a nice walk but a little challenging.

Beautiful drive around the cove. Campsites were roomy. No hookups, but you can use a generator if needed. We were close to the camp store and still have VERY limited internet. Nice bike riding. Wednesday around the cove on bike is AWESOME!!!!

Not the most relaxing national park camp ground . The campground is very busy and the 8 PM generator hours are not on her or enforced. It seems like. 30 minutes pass quiet generator hours. I had to go walk and ask a neighbor who thought they were two hours later. Lots of smoke in the campground which keeps all the native birds and animals away.
The sites we had, B11 & B13 were great. They were large, level and had good shade. The drive around the loop was awesome, with tons of deer and even the occasional black bear. I recommend going early morning or late evening to get around it a bit more quickly, as sometimes traffic backs up quite badly. One complaint is the "cooler police", they took two empty coolers from my son-in-law's site that had only ever had ice in them (no food) without even looking inside to see the contents. I may be wrong, but If they have the authority to take your stuff, then I guess they have the authority to look inside. Other than that, it was a great trip and we will be going back. Just remember to secure any and everything that could be considered a food container!
We got up early one morning and hiked Abrams Falls. It’s beautiful. The trail is about 5 miles and up and down. The campground was nice and the gift shop had about anything you might need include a great selection of souvenirs and snacks. My only complaint was that the bathrooms needed cleaning and restocked.
Great Campground with so many beautiful places nearby to explore. Bathrooms were close by and always clean. We look forward to returning.

Mobile Data Speed Map
#123
If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
